Elevate your Mind

Teacher: Thought Adjuster —
Spiritual insight is often a precursor to material wisdom. When a human being has achieved a connection with their inner Spark of God, they are more likely to begin to display an ability to choose the best path—one that cannot be explained by the simple sum of material knowledge and experiences. Human beings are creatures meant to learn from their experiences, but in some cases, suffering and trial-and-error are not necessary in order to understand what the best course of action is, just as it is not necessary to jump from the top floor of a building to know that doing so could be harmful to your health.

The Spirit Within — Rush Not my Child!

Teacher: The Spirit Within —
Desire is that function of the will responsible for the impulse that makes all will creatures take the initiatives to accomplish what they want. However, many times human desires are so much fixated that they lose sight of their dimensions and context, becoming plain obsessions of the ego. Obsessions often dominate the mind, becoming a misguided drive for mistaken actions, rushing things to achieve what you desperately but unwisely want. Rushing is sometimes necessary to not lose opportunities. But, all too often, rushing is indeed a foolish thing. I do have a lesson for you today. It is: ‘Rush not, my child!’

Revelations

Thursday, 14 August, 2014

Teacher: Thought Adjuster —
When a mortal truly feels the hunger for truth and becomes willing to contemplate ideas and concepts that begin to transcend established notions, the doors open for that longing to be met from above, and a revelation to occur. The word ‘revelation’ sounds as though the secrets of heaven are being disclosed to men, but this is not the case. There are no secrets, and truth is not arbitrarily withheld from mortals. There exists only what you need to know to live where you are, and what you can discover through your efforts to draw closer to God.

True Fulfillment

Wednesday, 3 September, 2014

Teacher: Thought Adjuster —
Is it possible that, without realizing it, you’ve been living your life the wrong way? Is it possible that the Father created you to carry out a particular task that you have not yet discovered? Do you imagine that the Father would make your life into a riddle you must solve — or else be punished in some way? You know that this isn’t true. Your life has been a gift, one that comes with no conditions or terms of use. The Father demands nothing of you, but He wholeheartedly wishes for you to live in such a way that you experience true fulfillment and receive the inheritance that belongs to you as a child of God.

The Value of Relationships

Teacher: Thought Adjuster —
There are so many things in the universe that you do not understand, and things you do not even suspect exist. On this very planet, in the future, there will be things that today you cannot imagine to be possible. Consider how different the world would seem to someone from the Middle Ages, born before the invention of the printing press.

A matter of time

Thursday, 29 June, 2017

Teacher: Thought Adjuster —
It is a matter of time until it is no more. What do I mean by that? Spiritual growth occurs over time and this is the reason why the first leg of your eternal career takes place in a world of time and space—starting with nine gestational months.

Identifying False Needs

Wednesday, 20 August, 2014
spiritual growth

Teacher: Thought Adjuster — In everything you decide to do in your life, you must learn to examine the hidden motives behind each impulse, each decision. Is it really so difficult to determine whether a true need must be met? Is the reason why you feel motivated to attempt something truly indecipherable? In reality, motives are always evident—perhaps more so to those who observe you than to yourself. Needs are also easy to identify. The problem is that many times human beings are reluctant to accept that they may have been wrong and are slow to admit the weaknesses of their character, when in fact realizing that a wrong path has been taken and correcting course in time is the most eloquent demonstration of a noble, brave, and balanced character.

love

Teacher: Thought Adjuster —
Dear one, Love is Love is Love. Love is a substance that pervades all there is. Like water, it has the ability to infiltrate any opening and fill up any open recipient. The love you feel in your heart for Me is the same love substance that the Father feels for His whole creation. The Creation is truly colored with Love.

The Birthing Process of Self-Expression

Thought Adjuster

“And in all your solicitation concerning the necessity for self-expression do not make the mistake of failing to provide for Adjuster-expression, the manifestation of your real and better self.” [The Urantia Book, 195:7.5]

Teacher: Thought Adjuster -
The problem with ‘self-expression’ is that it can take a very self-centered and selfish connotation. True self-expression occurs when one gets in touch with the truth, the beauty, and the goodness seeded within you by the Great One when He conceived you in His heart and mind.

Teacher Thought Adjuster: The free association of thoughts, when you let your mind produce ideas without censorship or control, can provide new insights and occasionally connect you to ideas placed in your mind by the Thought Adjuster. This process of spontaneous thinking can be used by the Adjuster to spiritualize the human being.

The Idea of God

Tuesday, 20 May, 2014
The Idea of God

Thought Adjuster: The Father reveals Himself fully to His creatures, but this revelation is limited by the faith and the capacity for understanding of each individual. It is the human being who sets the limits, depending on what they are willing to believe and how they perceive their own reality. For some, the Father is a distant God, indifferent to human suffering. For others, God is an abstract concept, lacking personality, almost a universal automaton. For some fortunate individuals, God is truly the Father of all beings, the universal caregiver, and the personal Teacher of every creature. God is always constant, unchangeable, and eternal. The differences in ideas about God are in the human mind.

leaders

Teacher: Thought Adjuster −
A life dedicated to the Father is the greatest aspiration of God's followers. By learning to abandon themselves, they become the leaders of their peers. This is a new type of leadership. It is not the traditional leadership that depends on social position, power, or wealth. It is a leadership based on characteristics that are materially imperceptible but are real and exert a powerful influence on the minds of their followers.

Thought Adjuster ― Justice

Teacher: Thought Adjuster ―
The ‘righteous indignation’ of the Master should not be confused with human anger and resentment. The Master experienced displeasure when he saw how the love of his Father was distorted and how the resources of the mind were used for nefarious purposes. Jesus never showed indifference to the suffering of his peers, and when this suffering was caused purposefully by others, his response was an attempt at immediate defense for the aggrieved, correcting the situation without ever falling into the error of harming the aggressor.

On Strangers and Friends

spiritual growth

Teacher: Thought Adjuster ―
Human beings are shy and reserved by nature. This is a product of thousands of years of evolution and genetic memory, which basically have instilled the message ‘beware of strangers’. These days, mortals should be able to overcome this primitive fear and establish better relationships with their peers. All your friends, the persons whose company you enjoy, and those loved by you, were all strangers to you at some point in time. Even your siblings and your parents had to take their time to get to know you.
