You Students on the path may have been asking yourselves, “What is next for me?”, “How shall I grow more spiritually?”, “What other practice shall I follow that will lead me to greater spiritual awareness?” “How can I really know the Will of the Universal Father?” “How may I be of service?”. If you are asking these types of questions, dear ones, this means that you are hungry and that spirit gravity has hold of you. These are positive signs of growth, in and of themselves, and it is an indication that you are indeed ready for the next phase of your spirit-led life. You have signaled your readiness to change and that you are open to new opportunities. This is the seedbed for transformation, my friends, and it may be that your days of seeking and sitting at the feet of others have come to an end?

Teacher Ophelius:
Today, my dear students on the path, we have a serious situation developing on your world which needs attention by you. It would be most helpful if all of you would seriously consider connecting with your Indwelling Father Fragments and pray with the utmost sincerity for peace. You, my friends, can make a difference because you are more powerful than you know when you are intimately connected this way to your Thought Adjusters. When you are consciously connected and in dialog with your Thought Adjuster, you have the ear of the Creator Father. You are His precious child and He delights to know that you want His attention—to ask Him for what is True, Beautiful, and Good—for the greater good of Urantia.

Chris: Teachers, a reader asks: What does it mean to be “On the Spiritual Path?” So many people speak about “Mind, Body, Spirit – Mind, Body Soul,” interchangeably—participating in Yoga, healing, and meditation groups—or joining churches—practicing religion? Being on a spiritual path sounds like a more unified concept? Could you please speak about this?

Teacher Ophelius: Simply put, the “Spirit” is the Indwelling Presence of the Universal Father—your Thought Adjuster. The Soul is the emerging morontial being that you are becoming—all the life experiences and values that your Thought Adjuster has gathered and deemed of survival value are retained in the soul like a container for all things True, Beautiful, and Good—your “true self.” It is this growing and emerging part of you that survives and lives on into the hereafter where you shall continue to “walk the spiritual path.”

Chris: Teachers, how is it that the Borderland around Urantia becomes so populated with the unresolved energy of deceased humans? What thoughts, emotions, and conditions in life lead to this state where the awareness of the former life gets trapped in a limbo-like existence leaving the soul empty and waiting for resolution? What can we do in life to assure a more fluid transition to afterlife and find peace at the end of physical life?

Ophelius: Dear one, thank you for asking this question, for until we can successfully curb the tide of confusion in the minds of those living on Urantia, we shall continue to accumulate this unresolved energy in the Borderland which places a drag on planetary evolution. It is a very complex problem and is one of the primary drivers for the Correcting Time to “bring to light” the meanings of life—the important values which are needed to move the soul and the entire organism of humanity forward toward a more enlightened “stasis” where new souls being born into the world are co-creating and experiencing Truth, Beauty, and Goodness at new and unexplored levels—living a quality life as a universe citizen who understands the basics of the Great Plan—that they are partners with the Creator—that they are divinely loved children with eternal careers where they hold the potentials for god-like attainment and achievement that spans many realms, worlds, and many lifetimes beyond this nursery world of origin.

Chris: Teachers, could you please speak about the dilemma we have with the disunity within the Urantia Book community and perhaps suggest a way forward toward some kind of unified movement that would be more effective in the world?

Teacher Ophelius: Dear one, this is a topic that would fill many pages, but I shall summarize and touch on a few points so that you and others may understand. I will address a more generic group here and not these organizations specifically because these problems are common human problems on your planet that have more to do with “business” than with fundamental differences in ideology. Today, light workers and students on the path, I have a “hypothetical” question to ask and an exercise that may be rather important for you: If you woke up one morning and had grown five invisible psychic chords that were attached to your soul, and you could request having each of them connected to another being—a human or a celestial being of light (any), that would bring you the most light, energy, and inspiration, and contribute most to your spiritual development and life mission, who would be on your list?

Teacher Ophelius:
Today, dear one, we shall continue our discussion on the “Spirit Quotient”—the value that determines the measure of planetary consciousness. There is a popular phrase on your world called “the tipping point”. What that means in terms of mass consciousness is that there shall come a time when there are enough minds operating at a higher level of spiritual awareness that eventually there will be a marked upsurge in the majority of minds on the planet that will begin to awaken and start to recognize that something is wrong with the world. This awakening shall be the first heartbeat of the coalescing organism of humanity to move away from the old models of thought that keeps the mass consciousness of the planet divided and distracted from seeing the benefits of unity and brotherhood to improve the quality of life for all people around the world.

Today, my dear friends, we shall talk about a few of the more “generic” questions many of you have that pertain to: “What does God feel?” Because you, as humans, can only relate to how you “feel” having an electro-chemical brain that processes emotions via hormones, chemicals, and electric impulses in the nervous system, you simply cannot relate to any other “super-sensory” system or a divine infinite sensory system like that of the Creator. However, because you each have a living fragment of the Creator’s mind, living within your mind, it would seem logical that the Universal Father would feel the same emotions you feel as He experiences life through you?
