Teacher: Thought Adjuster
Dear Child, there are many things under heaven and earth that you do not understand and that you are not expected to understand in your current life in the flesh, yet you and others are sometimes affected by the inner workings of universe mechanics and realities unseen by you. Because you are sensitive to these veiled realities, your human experiences would seem strange and fantastic to most that walk through life unaware. Even those who know you and have supported you and your spiritual journey cannot truly understand the wholly personal path you walk with Me. You are trying to attach human meanings and connect historical references to morontial realities, which most on your world have no capacity to understand, nor is there any equitable human reference to such things. It may be your own “misunderstanding” of these things that keeps you from seeing the larger picture because you may not move beyond what you cannot now understand. Let go of all your preconceptions and keep your focus on Me. I will lead you to a more suitable understanding of these new realities which I have allowed for your growth.

Teacher Ophelius:
Today we would like to speak to all you students on the path who read these messages and who feel they have come to this planet to fulfill a great purpose. Many of you feel as if you are waiting for an extraordinary event or some special person to come and awaken you to this “real” purpose, and that your current life feels like it is a bit “staged” as you anticipate receiving instructions that will finally “lift the veil” and lead you to the mission you have come here to execute. At auspicious times these feelings are very strong, yet during the everyday routine of life—raising a family, or carving out a living, you may be filled with great doubt wondering if the energy you expend on spiritual pursuits has any validity at all. It is a series of “highs and lows,” yet even in the moments of doubt, something brings you back to this place of “knowing,” as if there is a compass within your heart that points in the direction of this “purpose” that keeps you searching, learning, and questioning your reality. To all of you, I say “there is validity” to these feelings and leadings, yet the “unveiling moment” you are waiting for shall not necessarily come from outside, but rather “inside.”

Teacher Ophelius:
In many of your lessons, thus far, and from the lips of many teachers, you have hear it said that it is better to live in the “now moment” than to live in the past or future. What exactly is meant by this statement? Can you live in the now moment without reminiscing your past or ever having a thought about the future? Let’s examine this “now moment” and try to understand what it is to live in it, for many are puzzled by these statements and wish to have a clearer understanding of the deeper meanings behind the popular phrases.

Unidentified Teacher:
Many of you are wondering about your purpose and why you are here. Those who are reading this message may be “waking up” to a more expanded view of the universe and are interested in knowing more about the particular journey that they have “volunteered” for. Most are here for the intense experience of living a life on one of the most contrasting planets in the universe: Urantia, “The wild west that puts you to the test.” Your planet is known throughout the universe as a place where a soul can grow tremendously in a short period of time, but despite the lure of the accolades of wisdom, you must endure the intensity of emotions that come with life on a planet emerging from darkness and rebellion to one that is standing on the edge of enlightenment—a peculiar, dangerous, wonderful, and most interesting “elementary school.”

Teacher Ophelius:
Today, dear one, we would like to speak to you about the Eye of the Storm and how to maintain your peace and sense of grounding when everything around you is in chaos and turmoil or in the midst of great change. It is in these times when you need to exercise your faith muscle and focus on what is most important. At any given moment and in any life lived on the planets of time, there will come a time of great testing and many will be looking for someone to stand firm in the midst of the whirlwind and point the way forward. It is for you students on the path to be an example and a way shower that these storms of life can be an opportunity to build strength of character and to maintain your peaceful connection with spiritual forces that can help you navigate any situation.

Teacher Ophelius:
Today, my dear friends, we would like to assist you in preparing to make the ultimate connection to your Indwelling Spirit, the Thought Adjuster. Many of you have desired this intimate and personal connection in your heart for some time, but you continue to think in your mind that you are not “ready” or “good enough,” or “spiritual enough” or “still enough,” to make the connection or to receive any real feedback that you have achieved this. To all of you, I tell you that there is not one single thought that you have that the Indwelling Spirit does not hear or share with you. The Thought Adjuster waits patiently and continues to do its work of spiritualizing your mind in preparation for your next adventure and transition to the mansion worlds where Spirit can better lead you in a very real and conscious way toward spiritual self-development and god-likeness.

Teacher Ophelius:
Good morning dear one, we are here with you. It is I, Ophelius and the Circle, to join with you on this cold and sunny morning. Today we would like to speak to you about philanthropy. What is philanthropy and how does it affect the evolution of a planet that is leading toward Light and Life? Philanthropy is simply corporate charity—the taking up of some social cause by a corporate entity to promote goodwill in the community in which it is a part thereof. As your world approaches closer and closer to Light and Life, philanthropy will become a very routine and natural thing for all companies, large and small, to do their part in providing much needed services, similar to what the churches are doing currently with their relief programs, except that they will fill needs in many diverse areas not addressed by church or government. Many corporations now are doing this, but there is not enough to fill the needs of mankind.

Teacher Ophelius:
Today we would like for you to experience a sense of shared unity with the Creator Father. How can such imperfect beings, such as humans, have a unifying experience with a perfect Creator? You can experience unity in many forms and because you are human and imperfect, you will share in that part of unity that you understand. What exactly is unity? It is a culmination or the bringing together the total attitude, desire, aspiration, and hoped for final destiny of the child to be like the Creator; to actually feel a part of the whole of creation and to acknowledge your co-creatorship as a participant in bringing all things to completion in relative perfection.
